We can't travel much right now but that doesn't mean we can't feel like we're visiting a French bistro. On a nice sunny day we pop into Le Bistro Du Gourmet, a French deli/restaurant/grocery store. They have a small but unique collection of beers from one brewery in Matzenheim, Grand-Est France. Matten is a microbrewery bear Alsace. We tried Imperial Psaïko Déclik and Prototype 5. Both are interesting entries and treat for beer nerds looking for something new.
