It's that time again. Time to get into the holidays with our annual Systembolaget Christmas Beers review episode. There were over 168 Christmas beers released this year. It's tough to choose from so many options. We picked five beers to highlight this year. We start with Spirit of Sweden Polka, a peppermint non-alcohol beer. Brygghus 19 decided to enter the julöl market with a Julseltzer. It's a bold choice filled with bold flavors of traditional Swedish julmust. Vreta Kloster Bryggeri is gifted us with a Belgian quadrupel called Vreta Klosters Julöl, a very traditional Belgian quad. Remmarlöv Gårdsbryggeri has released a new beer this year for Christmas. Julöl is a rich toasty American red ale. Finally, we end with an En Aleigen Brewery old ale called Christmas Shilling. It's an Christmas gift to Sweden.
