During Covid times we aren't seeing as many collab beers as we used to. Sure we're getting the rebrewing of a recipe to show support for breweries and Black Lives Matter, but we aren't getting team ups. Fortunately Wylam and Apex have teamed up to create In Defiance of Gravity, an IPA with Galaxy, BRU 1 and Simcoe hops. We follow that up with one of the first IPAs from Demoersleutel we've tried. Circumspect is a yummy, delicious DIPA. We've tried their stouts many times, this is another successful notch in their belt.
